Privacy Promise
Loot is a new project, launching soon. This page explains our current thinking on privacy and security. It will be updated with a complete policy when the app goes live.
Our Principles
- Privacy by design. We minimize data collection and give users control.
- No selling personal data. We don’t sell your personal information—full stop.
- Opt-in engagement. Brands engage via opt-in offers (e.g., Loot Crates) and anonymized signals.
- Security first. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. $1
- User-first by design. Loot flips the model: users never give up personal data to brands—brands compete for your attention on your terms.

- In the future, with your opt-in, we may use AI-assisted insights to suggest relevant offers or savings—only with data you choose to share.
$2
Data Sharing
We do not share personal information with brands. Offers are delivered based on anonymous, aggregated, or event-based signals you opt into. Service providers that help us run Loot (e.g., hosting, analytics) are bound by contractual and confidentiality obligations.
Your Choices & Controls
- Join or leave the waitlist at any time.
- Opt in or out of brand offers.
- Request deletion of your waitlist data by contacting us at privacy@loot.example.
International Users
Availability and data practices may vary by region. We’ll publish regional notices at launch if applicable.
Why This Matters

Most gift cards and loyalty programs demand personal data in exchange for value. Loot is different. It is private by default, user-driven, and designed to feel like a conversation between you and brands—without the noise.

$1
